Recommendation to approve a purchase and sale agreement for the acquisition of property located at 3663 Barron Way (APN 164-352-26) with an approximate close of escrow date sixty days upon the execution of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, and approval of documents in support thereof. The purchase is in an amount not to exceed $6,290,000 plus closing costs, less $50,000 in an earnest money deposit, and authorize the Chair to execute final documents after the sale of bonds.
