E. Recommendation to approve a 5-year cooperative agreement between Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District and City of Sparks Fire Department for automatic, enhanced and mutual aid on occasions when each agency experiences fires or other emergencies of such a magnitude that assistance of other fire response organizations would be beneficial in addressing the emergencies.
