Recommendation and possible action to approve an amendment to the Washoe County COVID-19 Local Mitigation and Enforcement Plan (“the Plan”) to allow adult entertainment establishments, nightclubs, and dayclubs, as outlined in section 27 of Directive 021, to be opened prior to the current date of June 1, 2021 as included in the original Plan, and direction to staff to submit the amended Plan for information to the COVID-19 Mitigation and Management Task Force (“Task Force”) as required by the Governor’s Declaration of Emergency, Directive 044 (“the Directive”).
