Title: Public hearing: Approve an Outdoor Festival Business License application (pursuant to Washoe County Code Chapter 25 and related provisions) and associated license conditions submitted by Austin Gavlak for Powabunga 2020, a music and arts festival, from March 20, 2020 to March 22, 2020 at the Tahoe Biltmore Lodge & Casino (APN: 123-053-02) on SR 28 primarily in the parking lot area. Live outdoor music will be played from 4pm to 10pm on March 20 and from 3pm to 10pm on March 21 and March 22. Event set-up is proposed on March 19, 2020 and take-down and dismantling is proposed to occur on March 23, 2020. Event organizers estimate 3,000 spectators per day.
