Recommendation to award Bid #3074-19 for Environmental Sample Testing, Data Review and Reporting to Alpha Analytical, Inc., 255 Glendale Avenue, Suite 21, Sparks, NV, the most qualified bidder, [in an estimated annual amount of $150,000]; and authorize the Purchasing and Contracts Manager to execute the necessary purchase orders over the award period commencing February 4, 2019 through February 3, 2020 for a one year period, with two one-year renewal options, at the discretion of the County, and approve a contingency for each optional renewal year to accommodate annual increases in the number of samples [in the amount of $168,750 for the first one-year renewal and $189,844 for the second one-year renewal].
