Recommendation to award a shared revenue contract for Inmate Phone Services to Legacy Inmate Communications with principal offices at 10833 Valley View Street, Suite 150, Cypress, CA 90630. The estimated revenue is expected to meet or exceed [$750,000] annually with an 80% return share to the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Commissary Fund estimated at [$600,000] annually for the initial contract period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021 with additional renewal periods of one year each.
