Recommendation to approve the acceptance of the Nevada Secretary of State Budget appropriation to Washoe County in the amount of [$11,315.09] for the purchase, shipping, and handling of nine additional charging carts for the 2024 General Election, in accordance with the implementation of the Voter Registration and Election Management Solution (VREMS) project (AB422 (2021)). The Registrar of Voters received confirmation from the Nevada Secretary of State on March 7, 2025 of reimbursement eligibility; therefore, the request to accept this reimbursement is retroactive from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. If approved, direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments. Voters. (All Commission Districts) FOR POSSIBLE ACTION
