Discussion regarding methods for informing Deferred Compensation Program participants of their respective Committee representatives and how participants may contact them to share questions, concerns, and feedback for consideration by the Committee. The Committee will consider outreach and communication mechanisms to ensure all representatives are accessible to the populations they represent and can effectively communicate participant perspectives and concerns during Committee meetings.
