Approve the Notice of Award from the Department of Health and Human Services, for the project period retroactive to April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 with a fourth-year partial funding of $189,319.00 for the approved budgeted amount $436,000.00 ($1,109,108.44 required match) in support of the Community and Clinical Health Services Division (CCHS) Title X Program and authorize the District Health Officer to execute the Subaward and any future amendments. (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)
