For hearing, discussion, and possible action for 1) to approve a special use permit for employee housing in the form of 6 team housing units and 8 duplex units and 2) to approve a variance request to vary certain code requirements in Article 316, specific to paving, landscaping, screening, lighting, and sewage facilities, as well as temporary occupancy allowances in Article 310 in support of a 30-space RV park used to support employees staying on a temporary basis. The RV Park use type is allowed by right in the GR regulatory zone within the High Desert Planning Area. This application is submitted by BRDR Properties, LLC. The subject property is located at 2001 County Route 34 (APN 066-030-05) and consists of approximately 320 acres.
