Recommendation, pursuant to NRS 295.121, for the Board of County Commissioners to: (1) appoint up to three individuals to serve on the committee to prepare arguments advocating in favor of Washoe County Ballot Question No. 1 (persons being presented by the Registrar of Voters include: Ron Aryel, David Dodson and Miranda Hoover); and (2) appoint up to three individuals to serve on the committee to prepare arguments advocating in opposition to Washoe County Ballot Question No. 1 (persons being presented by the Registrar of Voters include: Luke Busby, Jeff Church and Oscar Williams). The advisory ballot question asks Washoe County voters whether they support an annual road use fee on electric and hybrid passenger vehicles registered in Washoe County. Voters.
