Recommendation to award a contract resulting from Request For Proposal (RFP) 3265-24 for Our Place Operator to the most responsive and responsible bidder, Volunteers of America, Northern California and Northern Nevada (VOA). Our Place is an outcome-based shelter providing case management and peer lead wrap around services focused on long-term housing solutions for families and women who are experiencing homelessness. Under this contract, VOA will provide staffing, program management and administrative oversight for the Our Place campus.
