For hearing, discussion, and possible action to approve an amendment of conditions for variance case number WPVAR25-0011 (varies maximum wall height standards). The request is for either 1) a 180-day time extension to meet the condition of approval requiring the applicants to obtain a building permit for the subject wall, or 2) a 120-day time extension for submission of a complete building permit application, with permit issuance to occur thereafter upon completion of the County’s review process. This application is submitted by Curtis and Judith Coulter. The subject property is located at 515 Rhodes Road (APN 017-400-19) and consists of approximately 5 acres.
The proposal is being reviewed under Development Code Article 804, Variances and is situated within Commission District 2. The site is currently governed by the Suburban Residential Master Plan land use designation and the Low Density Suburban Regulatory Zone, falling within the boundaries of the South Valleys Panning Area.
