The subject property is located at along thirteen parcels (APN 084-020-03, 084-020-04, 084-020-07, 084-020-08, 084-020-16, 084-020-11, 084-020-12, 084-020-13, 084-030-22, 084-030-13, 084-030-21, 084-120-06, and 084-120-32) for a total of 8.83 miles. The proposal is being reviewed under Development Code Article 810, Special Use Permits and is situated within Commission District 4 - Commissioner Andriola. The site is currently governed by the Rural Master Plan land use designation and the Open Space regulatory zone, within the boundaries of the Truckee Canyon Planning Area.
