Recommendation to acknowledge status report and possible direction to staff on the County Manager’s recommended Fiscal Year 2027 Budget (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027) with estimated appropriations of approximately [$1,133,146,149] which incorporates Board priorities of funding for existing contractual obligations, supplies, utilities, personnel costs, capital improvements and operations, and maintaining the County’s assets and infrastructure needs, and direct the County Manager to return to the Board of County Commission with the certified Tentative and Final Budget for adoption at a public hearing to be scheduled on May 19, 2026.
