Recommendation to approve an Interlocal Agreement between Washoe County and the Gerlach General Improvement District (GGID) for the development of the Washoe Artrail Gerlach Trailhead park, with an estimated total project cost of $1,053,000, subject to the availability and appropriation of funds, for a retroactive term of August 19, 2026, to August 18, 2028; and authorize the Chair to execute the agreement (net-impact to the general fund is anticipated to be $49,660 in FY27 and $16,374 in FY28).
