Recommendation to approve a subgrant of Washoe Opioid Abatement and Recovery Fund (WOARF) non-bankruptcy funds through the One Nevada Agreement, procured via Request for Proposals (RFP) #3292-25, to Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada, a nonprofit organization created for charitable, religious or educational purposes, in the amount of [$533,860], for a term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with an optional one-year renewal term up to the amount of [$533,860]; to support street outreach efforts in Washoe County to individuals who are unsheltered and are experiencing or are at risk of experiencing Opioid Use Disorder; approve related Resolution R26-0000044; and authorize the Purchasing & Contracts Manager to execute the necessary award documents.
