Recommendation to retroactively approve an Interlocal Contract between the Sun Valley General Improvement District and Washoe County, for an initial term of 48 months from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2030, with the option for one additional 48-month term, in the amount of up to [$45,000] annually, to provide space for Senior Services programs at the Sun Valley Neighborhood Center; and if approved, authorize the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners to execute the Contract and related documents.
