Clarification, review, and discussion of the current Deferred Compensation Program fee structure, including clarification that the total fee is 0.05%, consisting of 0.022% allocated to the recordkeeper and 0.028% allocated to the Deferred Compensation Fund. The Committee will revisit its August 12, 2026 discussion regarding a potential reduction of the administrative fee to 0.01%, consider the allocation of fees and funding of operating expenses, and determine whether to adjust the current fee and, if so, the appropriate amount.
