Recommendation to approve Property, Liability and Workers’ Compensation policies for the Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District for one year beginning July 1, 2026, for a total amount not to exceed $2,320,495; and authorize the purchase of insurance based upon the recommendation. The recommended selection includes a new property, liability, auto, cyber and pollution coverage policy through membership in the Nevada Public Agency Insurance Pool (NPAIP), to include the Board’s approval of a resolution authorizing membership in the NPAIP; a renewal of a crime/employee dishonesty coverage policy through Travelers Bond & Specialty (“Travelers”) for a combined cost of $442,365; as well as a workers’ compensation and employer’s liability coverage policy renewal through 7710 Insurance Company (“7710”) for a cost of $1,878,130 (All Commission Districts).
