Title: Recommendation to: (1) award a bid and approve the Agreement to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for the Diamond Peak Lift Station Improvements Project, PWP-WA-2026-247 [staff recommends Gerhardt and Berry Construction, Inc., for the base bid in the amount of $941,595.00]; (2) approve construction bid alternates [in the amount of $263,500.00]; and (3) approve a project construction contingency fund [in the amount of $96,407.60] for a total award amount of $1,205,095.00. The Project is located at 0 Diamond Peak Drive, Reno, Nevada, and the scope of work includes the conversion of the existing Diamond Peak sewage lift station from a dry-pit pump vault to a submersible lift station.
