Title: Recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners to provide a recommendation to the Nevada State Engineer, Adam Sullivan, P.E., to approve Application number 93609T for Permission to Change Point of Diversion and Place of Use of the Public Waters of the State of Nevada, as filed with the Nevada State Engineer pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 533.363. The Application was submitted by Northern Nevada Renewable Resources, LLC, and proposes to change the point of diversion of 159.14 acre-feet of a water right from the Hualapai Flat Hydrographic Basin (via underground source) to a point of diversion and place of use within Pershing County.  The water right was previously diverted and placed to use from the Hualapai Flat Hydrographic Basin in Washoe County.
