Recommendation to accept the 2025-2026 Extended Foster Care (EFC) state funds as an Award Amendment in the amount of $1,202,073 retroactive to July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 to invest in the staffing and direct care payments for the EFC program for young adults aged 18-21, including the possible purchase and/or use of prepaid cards/gift cards for participant incentives; authorize the Director of Finance & Administration of the Human Services Agency to retroactively execute agreement documents; and direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments.
