Recommendation to accept a fiscal year 2027 Office of Traffic Safety grant award [amount not to exceed $72,000.00, $18,000.00 County match required] as administered from the State of Nevada Department of Public Safety Office of Traffic Safety, Federal FY 2027 project numbers 69A37525300004020NV0, 69A37525300001640NVA, and 69A3752530000405ENVA, for reimbursement of overtime costs related to conducting traffic enforcement checkpoint events and limited travel expenses for the grant period of Effective Date of Authorization through September 30, 2027; authorize the Sheriff to retroactively execute the award document; and direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments.
