C. Recommendation to approve the issuance of a Purchase Order to Dynamic Diesel in an amount not to exceed $150,000 for fiscal year 2026-2027 for the maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles (under 26,001 lbs.) whose manufacturer warranties have expired, and to address specialized repairs to driveline, electrical, and emission systems that cannot be repaired by other vendors (All Commission Districts).
