Continued discussion regarding Washoe County noise regulations and enforcement, building upon the August 3 and September 1, 2026 discussions. The CAB will review a draft letter summarizing community concerns, observations, and potential considerations for updates to existing noise regulations, including areas where current standards or enforcement options may be limited or unclear. CAB members and members of the public will have an opportunity to provide feedback on the draft letter and suggest revisions to ensure it accurately reflects the concerns and considerations identified through prior discussions. Following discussion, the CAB may approve the letter as presented or with revisions and authorize the CAB Chair to sign and transmit the final letter to the Washoe County Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Sun Valley CAB.
