E. Recommendation to ratify an agreement with the American Heart Association to accept up to $6,000 in funding through the Special Initiative Participation Incentive Program, which focuses on emergency medical services systems of care, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027; and if approved, authorize participation in the program, direct staff to make the necessary budget adjustments, and retroactively authorize the Fire Chief to execute all related documents.
