Recommendation to accept a fiscal year 2025 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) grant award [amount not to exceed $121,140.00, no County match required] as administered from the State of Nevada Office of Emergency Management/Homeland Security, Federal FY25 project number EMW-2025-SS-05056, to support the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) through salary of the support specialists, training, and supplies for exercise or deployment for the retroactive grant period of September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2027; authorize the Sheriff to retroactively execute the award document; and direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments.
