Recommendation, in accordance with NRS 244.1505, to approve a subgrant of Washoe Opioid Abatement and Recovery Fund (WOARF) non-bankruptcy funds through the One Nevada Agreement to Reno Initiative for Shelter and Equality (RISE), a nonprofit organization created for charitable, religious or educational purposes, in the amount of [$1,288,670], for a term of October 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, to support the CrossRoads Families project, which was created to allow parents to reside with their children to engage in recovery together; approve related Resolution R26-69; and authorize the Purchasing & Contracts Manager to execute the necessary award documents.
