Title: Recommendation to award and approve the Agreement to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for the Sidehill Drive Pedestrian Improvements Project (Project), PWP-WA-2026-452, including the base bid [staff recommends Sierra Nevada Construction in the amount of $498,007.00]; and approve a separate project contingency fund [in the amount of $50,000.00]. The Project will construct approximately 1,000 linear feet of sidewalk in Sun Valley, Nevada from Mineral Avenue to Quartz Lane providing a safer, more accessible pedestrian route for residents and students near Bennett Elementary School and is primarily funded via a $495,250.00 award of Community Development Block Grant funding obtained by Washoe County.  Community Services.
