Acknowledge the grant award from the Office of Traffic Safety to the Second Judicial District Court to support Felony DUI court participant drug and alcohol testing and travel expenses and covering a portion of the salary of one of the Specialty Court Officers assigned to Felony DUI Court, in the amount of $113,073.00 ($28,268.25 in-kind match required), for one year beginning at the effective date of authorization to September 30, 2027 and direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments.
