Recommendation to: 1) approve Fiscal Year 2027 Street and Highway Projects Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between Washoe County, the City of Reno, and the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC); and 2) approve the Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 Street and Highway Projects Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between Washoe County, the City of Sparks, and the RTC; for the RTC FY 2027 Program of Projects that were identified and approved in the RTC FY 2027 Regional Transportation Plan Update. The agreements identify regional roadway projects and priorities with construction project estimates of $92.5 million determined by RTC and funding sources. Washoe County is the pass-through agency with associated fiscal costs under the Interlocal Cooperative Agreements. Community Services. (All Commission Districts.) FOR POSSIBLE ACTION
