Recommendation to approve an Interlocal Agreement between the Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education and the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine and the County of Washoe (Department of Juvenile Services) for UNR Psychiatry Child and Adolescent Residents and Fellows to conduct mental health evaluations for youth served by Juvenile Services [in an amount not to exceed $21,540 for FY27 & $22,186 for FY28]; retroactive from 7/1/26 through 6/30/28; if approved, authorize the Division Director for Purchasing to execute the Agreement.
