Title: Introduction and first reading of an ordinance amending Washoe County Code Chapter 110 (Development Code) by modifying various sections in Division Three- Regulation of Uses and Division Four- Development Standards, in order to update regulations related to accessory dwelling units, detached accessory structures, manufactured housing, and battery-charged fences.
