Recommendation to approve an interlocal agreement, as authorized by NRS 277.180, between Washoe County, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada and Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District (TMFPD), a political subdivision of the State of Nevada and a fire district organized pursuant to Chapter 474 of the Nevada Revised Statutes for services provided between agencies outlining the responsibilities, actions, and payments necessary for the execution of the agreement which is in the mutual interest of both agencies for governmental services to be performed in the most cost-efficient and effective manner possible. [Fiscal Year 2027 contract amount $1,300,000]. This interlocal agreement replaces the current agreement entered into in July 2012 and amended in July 2016. TMFD. (All Commission Districts.)
