Recommendation to authorize, as an invited signatory, the Memorandum of Agreement among the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection, the US Environmental Protection Agency (Region 9), the Nevada State Historic Preservation Officer and Washoe County, (UT #2019-5827), for the Pleasant Valley Interceptor Reach 3 Project located within the South Truckee Meadows Water Reclamation Facility service territory, a project necessary to respond to sanitary sewer demands from new area development. Agreement obligates the County to provide a historic preservation and treatment plan, an ethnographic study and archeological monitoring during construction. Community Services.
