C. Recommendation from the TRIAD Chiefs to approve a revised Regional Hazardous Materials Response Team Agreement between the Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District, the City of Sparks, and the City of Reno, with the three fire agencies comprising the TRIAD hazmat team. The revised agreement removes provisions related to a shared regional Hazardous Materials Coordinator position, restates the annual financial contribution of $16,000 from each participating fire agency to the TRIAD fund effective July 1, 2026, and extends the term of the agreement until June 30, 2029 (All Commission Districts).
