Recommendation to confirm the retroactive reappointments to the Washoe County, Nevada OPEB Trust Fund Board of Trustees of: (1) Christine Vuletich, retiree and Vice Chair, retroactive from June 21, 2026, for a two-year term ending June 21, 2028; and (2) Lori Cooke, Washoe County Division Director - Budget, retroactive from June 21, 2026, for a two-year term ending June 21, 2028; and acknowledge that Cathy Hill, Washoe County Comptroller and Chair of the OPEB Trust Board, is eligible to continue for an additional two-year term ending June 26, 2028. The OPEB Trust is a legally separate entity from Washoe County created for the exclusive purpose of providing funds to pay post-retirement benefits. Washoe County, Nevada OPEB Trust Fund .
