Presentation by Jonathan Ingram, Vice President of Raftelis regarding Organization Assessment Report for Washoe County. Raftelis is a private management consulting firm that specializes in working with local governments and utilities. Raftelis was hired by the county to conduct an assessment of the Manager’s Office including operations, communications, and structure. The goal of the assessment is to identify key areas for improvement and outline steps to be taken to achieve those improvements. Topics to be discussed include but are not limited to:
1. Scope of engagement and Office of the County Manager organizational assessment with Raftelis.
2. Debrief of the final report recommendations.
3. Debrief of the initial implementation steps as determined by the OCM Executive Team.
