The project will include grading of 28,500 cubic yards of material. The application was submitted by Palomino Farms, LLC. The subject property is located at 0 Whiskey Springs Road and 0 Sage Flat Road (The proposal is being reviewed under Development Code Article 608, Tentative Subdivision Maps, and Article 408, Common Open Space. The property is situated within Commission District 5. The site is currently governed by the Suburban Residential land use designation and the Public/Semi-Public Facilities (PSP), Low Density Suburban (LDS), General Rural (GR), and General Commercial (GC) zoning districts, within the boundaries of the Warm Springs Planning Area.
