Recommendation to accept a FY25 Continuum of Care Supportive Services Only Coordinated Entry grant award from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of [$33,705.00; $8,426.25 county match] retroactive for the period May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 to support the Continuum of Care initiative with coordinated entry matchmaker activities and implementation of specific policies; authorize the Director of the Human Services Agency to execute grant award documents; and direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments.
