Recommendation to accept a fiscal year 2024 State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP) grant award [amount not to exceed $164,070.00, no County match required] as administered from the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), Federal FY 2024 project number 15PBJA-24-RR-05826-SCAA, for Detention Bureau activities and projects for the grant period of July 1, 2022 through December 31, 2025; authorize the Sheriff to retroactively execute the award document; and direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments.
