Title: Recommendation to approve Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Washoe County and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. for additional engineering services required to update the Remediation Management Plan (RMP) for the Central Truckee Meadows Remediation District Program (Remediation Program) [in the additional amount of $336,439.00 for a total contract amount of $555,877.00]. The additional engineering services include a detailed evaluation and associated recommendations of certain portions of the current RMP and the Remediation Program to reflect the targeted approach to achieve Remediation Program efficiencies and objectives through alternative field work, sampling, modeling and mitigation activities with the goal of achieving “No Further Action” status from the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection for all identified sites by 2040.
