For hearing, discussion, and possible action to approve an abandonment of Washoe County’s interest in a 20-foot sanitary sewer easement. This application was submitted by MANA Montreux, LLC on behalf of Toiyabe Investment Company. The subject property ( APN: 148-010-60) is located east of Bordeaux Drive and the intersection with Rouge Drive and consists of approximately 24.51 acres.
The proposal is being reviewed under Development Code Article 806, Vacations and Abandonments of Easements or Streets and is situated within Commission District 2. The site is currently governed by the Suburban Residential and Rural Master Plan land use designations and 91% Low Density Suburban (LDS) Regulatory Zone and 9% General Rural (GR) Regulatory Zone, within the Forest Planning Area.
