Recommendation to accept a FY25 Continuum of Care Supportive Services Only Coordinated Entry for Survivors of Domestic Violence grant award from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of [$33,705.00; $8,426.25 county match] for the period January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027 to support the Continuum of Care initiative with planning, coordinated entry matchmaker activities and implementation of specific policies and procedures to address domestic violence survivors’ needs in accessing services; retroactively authorize the Assistant County Manager to execute grant award documents; and direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments.
