Recommendation to approve, pursuant to NRS 354.598005(5)(c), a cross-fund and cross-functional budget appropriation transfer of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) funds from Other Restricted - SLFRF COVID Recovery Fund 270-8 to Capital Improvements Fund 402-10 to increase expenditure authority up to the amount [$293,420.00] in the Capital Improvements Fund for the CSD Future of Work - Building C - Single Point of Entry facility improvements at 1001 E. 9th Street, in accordance with the County Manager’s approval and direction to deobligate and reobligate ARPA-SLFRF funds; and, if approved, direct Finance to make the necessary net-zero, cross-fund and/or cross-functional budget appropriation transfers. (Net-zero impact to the General Fund and; no additional funding is requested.) Manager’s Office. (All Commission Districts.) FOR POSSIBLE ACTION.
