The subject properties are located north of the intersection of Lemmon Drive and Buck Drive (APN: 552-190-02, 20 and 21) and consists of approximately 2.07, 3.3, & 3.8 acres.   Following the public hearing, the Board of County Commissioners may adopt the proposed amendments; may modify the proposed amendments, however, modification of a master plan amendment must be referred back to the Planning Commission for its report in accordance with NRS 278.220(4); or may deny the proposed amendments.
