4) Unnamed easement to Blue Sky Road
An application to name an unnamed easement to Blue Sky Road was received by the Washoe County Community Services Department. The easement is located within the Unincorporated Washoe County. The easement runs in a north-south direction, begins just north of Scorpion Lane Road and terminates near the Highland Ranches (see map). No addresses are anticipated to be affected by the name change. The request is being submitted to assist emergency and civil services locating the existing properties.
Washoe County GIS performed due diligence by checking the proposed street name against the Master Street Directory for any existing, duplicate, or similar-sounding street names for the purpose of emergency management. The proposed street name is unique and has been accepted into the Street Reservation List.
