Title: Recommendation to: (1) award a bid and approve the Agreement to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for the Our Place - River House Remodel Project, PWP-WA-2025-398 [staff recommends Apex Construction, Inc., in the amount of $2,467,245.00]; (2) approve a project contingency in the amount of $100,000.00, for a total project cost not to exceed $2,567,245.00; and (3) direct finance to make the necessary net-zero cross-fund budget appropriation transfers. This capital project will remodel buildings 14 and 15, leased from the State of Nevada at the Our Place Campus located at 480 Galletti Way, Sparks with new finishes and infrastructure and with a new connector structure to create a single integrated building.
