2) Unnamed easement to Davis Ranch Lane
An application to name an unnamed easement to Davis Ranch Lane was received by the Washoe County Community Services Department. The easement is located within the Unincorporated Washoe County. The easement runs in a north-south direction, begins just north of Lonesome Polecat Road and terminates just south of Bobo Lane. Two addresses (one owned by the Applicant) are estimated to be affected by the name change. The request is being submitted to assist emergency and civil services locating the existing properties.
Washoe County GIS performed due diligence by checking the proposed street name against the Master Street Directory for any existing, duplicate, or similar-sounding street names for the purpose of emergency management. The proposed street name is unique and has been accepted into the Street Reservation List.
